Laura Rosa is the new Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources at Kuros. Schlieren, Switzerland

Kuros Biosciences has announced Laura Rosa as its new Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources. With her 25 years of leadership experience in human resources, she will further develop the HR structure and promote talent development within the company.

The Schlieren-based biotech company announced the appointment in a LinkedIn post. Rosa is known for building high-performing teams and scalable HR infrastructures, and she will support Kuros during its current growth phase. Her responsibilities will include developing the global HR structure, promoting talent development, and improving the employee experience.

Rosa brings over 25 years of HR leadership experience, focusing on organizational effectiveness, talent development, and operational excellence. She is also an expert in HR operations, talent management, leadership development, shared services, project management, mergers and acquisitions, employee relations, process design, and HR technology.

She has worked for companies in the medical technology, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical industries, including Merck, BMS, Integra LifeSciences, and PTC Therapeutics. Thanks to her many years of experience and commitment to personnel development, she is well-suited for her role at Kuros.

Kuros Biosciences AG is a spin-off of the University of Zurich (UZH) and the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (ETHZ). The company is based in the Bio-Technopark Schlieren-Zurich.
