Event date: 05.02.2019

10 Years Bridging Academia & Industry

The Life Science Zurich Young Scientist Network invites you to the 10th edition of the largest life science career event in Switzerland – the Zurich Life Science Day 2019!

This year we are excited to welcome Professor Martin Blaser as our keynote speaker. He is the author of “Missing Microbes”, a pioneer in the study of the carcinogenic Helicobacter pylori, and named amongst the 100 most influential people by TIME magazine.

Following the keynote lecture, you will hear about job opportunities and interesting work experiences covering a range of topics from careers in regulatory affairs at Bristol-Myers Squibb or medical affairs at MSD to life science consulting at PwC and digital and science careers at Roche. In addition, the ZLSD 2019 hosts a large exhibition where you can talk directly with company representatives. You can also have your CV polished by career experts, and have a professional CV photo taken.

If you want to learn more about Professor Blasers groundbreaking discoveries in deciphering the microbiome and get yourself set on your future career path, then be sure to join us on the 5th of February 2019 in the Lichthof of the Irchel Campus at the University of Zurich.
