Biognosys to Present at the Swiss Proteomics Meeting 2026
Schlieren, ZH/Bern – Biognosys will present four scientific talks at this year’s Swiss Proteomics Meeting. The event for proteomics and life sciences will take place on April 23 and 24 at the Holiday Inn Bern – Westside.
According to a press release, the Schlieren-based biotech company will participate in the meeting and contribute to this year’s program with four scientific presentations. The Swiss Proteomics Meeting is an annual event that brings together proteomics and life sciences researchers from Switzerland and neighboring countries. This year’s event will be held on April 23 and 24, 2026, at the Holiday Inn Bern – Westside.
The four Biognosys presentations will take place on the morning of April 24. Sandra Schär will give the first presentation at 10:13 a.m., discussing digital proteomes to support target identification and therapy development. Then, from 10:25 to 10:35 a.m., Monika Pepelnjak will speak about a competitive, library-free DIA (data-independent acquisition) workflow for immunopeptidomics. From 11:22 to 11:26 a.m., Oliver Bernhardt will speak about systematically evaluating inclusion strategies to validate the false positive rate in DIA proteomics. Finally, Jorge Peinado Izaguerri will give a presentation titled “The Cloud is the Limit with Omicsflow” at 11:34 a.m.
Biognosys is a spin-off of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (ETH) and is based at the Bio-Technopark Schlieren-Zurich.
